Our community matters

Deanna Bogdanovic is not just our chief and music producer. She is also heavily involved in our community, supporting our local charities and investing in young talents.

She is one of the organisers of Midsummer Muswell planned for 20th of June and an initiator of naming our new piazza. She says: 

Our aim is to bring the community together, celebrate and recognise our unique character. And what better way is there than by giving our Muswell Hill the most amazing party with something for all.

20th JUNE for the PUBLIC PIAZZA OPENING PARTY – introducing THE MUSWELLITES!

The whole idea of the new public piazza was to develop it into a local meeting space in a genuine effort to bring some continental lifestyle to Muswell Hill. And guess what? A wonderful new group of community-minded residents and business people have come together to celebrate the end of the building works and the opening of the piazza with its new retail outlets. Welcome to THE MUSWELLITES! They have seized the moment to celebrate the new public meeting space and are planning a big opening event for Saturday 20th June. Called MIDSUMMER MUSWELL it will showcase the best of all things local including song, dance, a fashion show and pop-up stalls. The occasion will also act as a fundraiser for WAVE (We Are all Valued Equally) at St. James Church, an outreach programme for young adults with learning difficulties.
